Problem:
Run capacitor fail.
Like Causes:
1. Ambient temperature too high.
2. Possible power surge to motor, caused by lightning strike or other high transient voltage.
What To Do:
1. Verify that ambient does not exceed motor’s nameplate value.
2. If a common problem, install surge protector.
